I am currently pursuing my master’s in Advanced Chemical Engineering with Biotechnology at Imperial College London with the support of the TEV UK-Imperial College London-Eczacibasi Scholarship. I graduated from Koc University with a double major in Chemical & Biological Engineering and Computer Engineering, and a minor in Molecular Biology and Genetics. I was awarded as the second-top-ranking student within my department.

I have gained valuable experience in software development, quality control, and project analysis through various internships and research assistantships at companies and institutions such as Shell, Renault, Tarabios, and Koç University. Not only that, but I have also developed my communication, leadership, and mentoring skills through various extracurricular activities, such as being a co-president of Koç University AIRS, a mentor leader at Yetkin Gençler, and a tutor at Koç University.

I am eager to contribute to impactful solutions in biomedical engineering by continuing my academic journey with a PhD. My ultimate goal is to develop innovative therapeutics leveraging scientific breakthroughs and artificial intelligence to provide health equity and affordable healthcare for infectious diseases affecting global health standards.
